Jobs/Invoicing Module – includes Job Costing (material and labor), Inventory, Timekeeping, Purchasing, Invoicing, History, Ledger Reports, Quote System. Pricing Matrix feature that allows you to auto price labor/material jobs by HP/RPM combination. Time Matrix allows you to track time it should take to do jobs by HP/RPM combination and reports under or over times.
Account Receivable Module - includes Audit browser, Customer Account browser, Customer Payments, Credits, Invoice Adjustments, Beginning Balance entry, Sales Reporting, view Customer open/posted Invoices, Jobs and Credits on one screen.
Account Payable Module - includes Vendor maintenance with unlimited Locations / Contacts, Vendor Invoice entry, Recurring Invoice Entry, Adjustments, Checks, Reporting
Purchasing/Receiving Module - Purchase and Receive items for Inventory or directly to Jobs. Keep track of parts on order for jobs. Make sure parts don't fall through the cracks as system will not allow you to process Job with Pending Parts on order. Create Sales Orders from Purchase Order items.
General Ledger - Financial Statements, Financial History and Tracking, Banking, Asset Management
